Damages and issues
Despite extensive and secure packaging, unforeseen circumstances can lead to orders being damaged during transit. We recommend accepting the shipment during delivery even if there is identifiable damage to the packaging.
Please take photos of the damage and then contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience with the pictures of the damage. Accepting the shipment and taking photos will help us expedite the process of resolving the issue and arranging for a replacement. If you refuse the shipment, we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can start to arrange the replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Orders of personalized items do not have a right to withdrawal as followed according to the legal regulations on the right of withdrawal and return applied in Germany and the EU for distance contracts (§ 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Due to the personalization of the items in our store, no exchanges are possible.
